Sterling Silver St. Christopher Medal - clear / lavender

A beautiful and colorful, sterling silver St. Christopher surfer, skateboarder, and skier medal. Because the legend of St. Christopher says that he carried the Christ child across a stream, he was adopted as the patron saint of surfers, snowboarders and skateboarders.

This sterling silver medal measures 13/16" (2.06cm) in diameter and hangs from a leather cord with a lobster claw and chain clasp, allowing it to adjust from 18" to 20" (45.7cm to 50.8cm). The front features a beautiful image of St. Christopher and the Christ child, and the words "St. Christopher Protect Us" in a gothic font. It has then been filled with clear and lavender transparent epoxy which is polished to a smooth, glass-like surface. The reverse is satin finished, perfect for engraving, and is stamped with the manufacturer's name and the word "Sterling".
