Sterling Silver St. John Medal

A sterling silver St. John (the Evangelist) medal. In adition to being the author of one of the gospels, St. John is the patron saint of authors, bookbinders, booksellers, editors, publishers and typesetters. The medal measures 3/4" in diameter, and hangs from a 20", clasped chain. It carries the figure of St. John, the words "Saint John", and features bright cut accents. The back is stamped "Sterling".
